Shipping & Handling:
We appreciate your business and look forward to doing more business with you in the near future! Most items take on average of two (2) to eight (8) weeks to ship after payment is made and has cleared. Shipping times and speed will very on shipping carrier and MntRider Design will not be held liable for shipping times exceeding suggested time frame due to unenforced circumstances.
Shipment Receiving Instructions:
Upon arrival of your package BEFORE SIGNING the receiving paperwork, please inspect the box for any damages. If damages to the box are present, pictures must be taken to document all damages upon arrival. Please continue and open the box and wrappings to inspect for damages to the parts. If any flaws or damages are present on the part, take pictures of the damages, repackage everything back up and DO NOT SIGN the receiving paperwork. (If the product you received was damaged during shipping or was received defective, you will be required to include images of the box along with the defective or damaged parts before a ticket can begin!) Refuse the part as “Damaged Upon Arrival”, have the delivery driver take it back, and send all information/pictures to MntRider for evaluation. No further explanation to freight/driver is needed once receipt is marked as damaged and you refuse to take delivery of the part. Signing before checking will wave warranty on parts received.
All parts commonly arrive with minor flaws, hairline fractures, or scratches that will typically be handled by your installer. At your discretion, you or your installation shop may choose to accept damaged parts if the damage is repairable. This may be the more effective option, if the wait for replacement parts is not desirable.
Preparation, Fitment, and Installation:
MntRider Design Wide Body Kits, just like any other wide body kit, will NOT seem to fit correctly UNTIL the vehicle has been properly prepped and cut for installation! We require any and all installation of our products to be installed by a licensed and experienced auto body, collision, or auto repair shop. If installation is attempted by a person/s not licensed, it will void all warranty by manufacture, this also includes prefitment checks as well.
If your “professional” shop has simply taped your wide body kit to your vehicle, then claims that our product has horrible fitment and is defective, they aren’t so professional. Prompt after this, they claim they can “might be able to fit it” but no guarantee that it will match their quality of standards, RUN! We replace, FREE OF CHARGE, any defective parts, but we cannot replace defective shops! All we’re able to do is, send you a screen shot of our terms and conditions when you send us a message showing us your Kit simply taped to our vehicle proclaiming our product is defective and has HORRIBLE fitment! The quality of our product goes above and beyond any of our competitors!
The quality of installation of our product to your vehicle is purely based on the experience, professionalism, and attention to detail by the shop of your choice! Every professional installation will require modification, adjustments, and/or altercations to the vehicle and flares. Your primary intended use, goals, desires, image, and finish concept for your vehicle will determine what steps your professional installation will require; so although our kits are designed to fit a wide manufacturing year per kit, each professional installation will vary! Some year vehicles may require additional modifications to the car and or kit for achieving your desire goal!
All sales are subject to a 30% restocking fee on all items within 7 days of the time purchase is made, unless it’s a custom order. ALL Sales are final and NO refunds will be issued on custom orders as well as ALL orders older than 7 days from time of purchase. All kits are made to order, meaning manufacturing begins only once an order is place, so assure your order is correct before submitting. If you are unsure about what to order, please email us with any questions!
For replacement parts due to shipping or manufacture defects, once the returning item is sent back for product inspection or replacement. The manufacturer will issue any replacement parts and reimbursement of shipping fees. There are no refund for damaged product due to shipping or manufacture defects without inspection. Buyers are responsible to ship back the merchandise, if items are deemed to be damaged by shipping or manufacture defected, the buyer will be reimbursed for their shipping and damaged or manufacture defective items will be replaced and shipped back to the buyer free of charge! If it a custom order, there are no refunds at all! MntRider Design is not responsible for any and all additional charges for custom fees.There will be no warranty exchange on any parts what so ever after any parts have been installed or attempted of install! Your installation shop should inspect all parts prior to installation for any defects or damage. Once any attempt of installation has been made, this is confirmation that all parts received are in quality manufacturing condition and ready for installation! There will be no exceptions!
